FRsix is seeking a professional and dependable Security Concierge to support NY Waterway operations at Brookfield Place in New York City. This position combines customer service with a visible security presence and is ideal for someone who is professional, attentive, approachable, and comfortable interacting with the public.
\n \nThe Security Concierge will help maintain a safe and welcoming environment, monitor activity within the assigned area, assist passengers and visitors as needed, identify and report suspicious activity or safety concerns, and communicate incidents or issues to the appropriate personnel. The position requires strong situational awareness, professionalism, and the ability to remain calm and responsive in a busy public environment.
